VisionTek is a computer technology company that manufactures graphics cards, mice, keyboards, memory, flash drives, cables, and other computer accessories.

VisionTek's main website is located at https://www.visiontek.com.

VisionTek was founded in 1988 and is based in East Dundee, Illinois in the US.

VisionTek Support

VisionTek provides technical support for their products through an online support website:

This link is where you'll find everything mentioned below, including VisionTek's software and manual downloads, FAQs, contact details, and more.

However, also on the support page are links to warranty registration, warranty information, a memory selector for help in choosing what kind of memory to buy when upgrading your computer, and an RMA request form if you need to return or exchange a VisionTek product.

Important: Some of the links below and other resources on the VisionTek website require Flash content to load in your browser. If your web browser has Flash turned off or does not support it, you will only see white space on the page.

VisionTek Driver Download

VisionTek provides an online source to download drivers for their hardware:

To download VisionTek drivers, first select the product category from the first box on that page, then choose the correct model of the device in question in the second box, and then finally pick from the list of operating systems to choose the one that you need the driver for. Select the Download button to get the VisionTek driver.

Tip: See What Version of Windows Do I Have? if you don't know which option to choose.

Note: Most downloads on VisionTek's website should be in the EXE format, meaning that you can open them right away and start installing the driver. However, it's possible that some are in the ZIP or even RAR format, in which case you'd need a program like 7-Zip or PeaZip to extract the EXE file from the archive.

Not sure how to update the drivers for your VisionTek hardware? See How to Update Drivers in Windows for easy driver update instructions.

Although downloading drivers direct from VisonTek is always the best option, you may not be successful in finding the ones you're after. If that happens, please know that there are several other places to download drivers, too, and even free driver updater programs you can install to do all the downloading for you.

VisionTek Product Manuals

Many of the user guides, instructions, and other manuals for VisionTek hardware are available on the VisionTek support website:

Downloading product manuals from VistionTek works just like downloading drivers: select the device's model from the proper category to see the specific user manual for your device appear on the far right side.

Choosing the Open button with that user manual selected will load the manual as a PDF, which will either open in your browser if you have a built-in PDF reader or will prompt you to download the manual to your computer.

Tip: If the VisionTek product manual opens in your browser but you want to download it to your computer instead, put your mouse near the top or bottom of the PDF and select the save/download button. The steps might be a bit different depending on the browser you're using.

Additional VisionTek Support Options

VisionTek also provides this Frequently Asked Questions page as another source for support. Some questions and answers there have to do with video cards, memory, SSD cloning, liquid cooling, and more.

Their FAQ page is really helpful because you can look for answers yourself and get them instantly without having to call VisionTek or wait to hear back over email.

I've gathered as much VisionTek technical support information as I could and I frequently update this page to keep the information current. However, if you find anything about VisionTek that needs updated, please let me know.
